Absolutely. Upgrade anytime from your dashboard. Downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. We'll prorate charges if you upgrade mid-month.

❓ Why is Automated more expensive than Manual?

Automated trading requires integrations with webhook services like TradersPost (brokerage webhooks, real-time execution) and 24/7 infrastructure. Manual alerts are just signal delivery - you do the work.

❓ Do I need multiple accounts for the Automated tier?

No. Automated tier includes 1 live account + 1 paper account. If you need multiple live accounts (for prop firms or different brokers), upgrade to Prop Firm tier.

❓ Who should get the Prop Firm tier?

Prop traders with multiple funded accounts, or traders using multiple brokers (Tradovate, NinjaTrader, etc.). The unlimited webhooks let you run signals across all your accounts simultaneously.

❓ Is there a refund policy?

Yes. 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund your first month. No questions asked. We're confident in our trading signals.

❓ What happens if I don't execute a signal?

No penalty. Manual alerts: you decide which to trade. Automated tier: if your webhook service executes the signal, you follow the trade. You're always in control.

❓ Can I use the free trial to test before paying?
